Adamawa State will host the Tripartite Committee on National Minimum Wage which will hold public hearing to engage stakeholders on their opinions on the minimum wage.
The Pubic Hearing will be held at the Banquet Hall, Government House, Yola on Thursday 7th February,2024 by 10am.
The Pubic Hearing will be chaired by the Former Head of Service of the Federation, Bukar Goni Aji and the public hearing aimed to consult all stakeholders on the issue of national minimum wage and consider National Minimum Wage in the context of the dynamics of National economy so as to recommend a realistic and practical national minimum wage to the Government for consideration.
Labour Unions, Civil Society Organizations, State and Local Government stakeholders are expected to attend.
