The Independent National Electoral commissioner INEC has declared the Jalingo Yorro Zing bye-election inconclusive.
The commission said the winning margin is less than cancelled votes in the effected polling unit.
The returning Officer said,INEC will conduct supplementary election for PDP and SDP.
